As real estate consultants we realize very few people decide on the spur of the moment that today is the perfect time to buy a home, because buying a home is one of the most complex and stressful decisions a person will make.
As a real estate consultant we are there to assist you in gathering information so that you can make your own decision of what is in your best interest. You will find no pressure from us to make a purchase.
Later on when you make your decision, we will honor that decision. If you decide to purchase a home, we will not hand you a list of all of the homes on the multiple listing, but we will customize a list for you based on what you are looking for.
As a real estate consultant, we not only work with people that are prequalified to buy a home, but we assist those who are not qualified to purchase a home. We will sit down with the person and find out what they have to do to finance a home and then we will work with the individual to get their credit score to the point that they qualify to purchase a home.
For example we worked with a family that went into bankruptcy. We put their house on the market and sold it for them in record time. This family wanted to purchase another home, but just coming out of bankruptcy, they did not qualify. We worked with this family for two years. Two years later this family was able to purchase a new home.
We have had the same experience with a lady who went through a divorce and had no credit of her own. It was not long, before we had her prequalified and had her in a home of her own.
